at a bodyweight of 157lbs. No, these aren’t big numbers, but they’re the best I’ve had so far. And mind you, I was 130 before I started - at age 26. so, there you go.

Looks like a good start to me. Well done.[/quote]
It’s funny how these numbers - apart from the bench, which sucks - turn me into one of the strongest guys at my gym… aiming for 200 bench, 400 dead and one arm pull up.

Well here’s some of today’s
sumo deadlift
an iffy 315X1, and a 305X1
good mornings
195X5
zercher squats
195X5 and lol night hawk, it is sad how weak the average person is, you could bench 135 for reps, or deadlift 250 and you would be the strongest person in the room 90% of the time.
Not really. The bench press is the one barbell exercise everybody does at my gym (cough beach muscles cough) and I’ve seen enough people rep 175, which is fairly decent for general fitness. Never seen anyone bench more than 250 though, the most impressive feat I’ve seen was a guy squatting 300 for an easy 10.
150X5 close grip incline press (oh my shoulders just ‘loved’ this)
160X3 close grip floor press
15X8 weighted wide neutral grip chin up (haven’t done these before)
115X4 bradford press
165X6 of similar row as pendlay rows except with wider grip (same deal haven’t dome them before so not sure if it counts) 136 body weight.
