New Protocol We Are Experimenting with

CT are you going to have these goodies(Anaconda and MAG-10) in Quebec on the 21 of November? And what do you think about the Alpha-GPC liquid form…do you feel it faster?

CT-

Are there any ill-effects to Alpha- GPC usage

I use this new protocol since tuesday with my training partner and we really like this new method! Since i use that technique i have the best pump i never had, my recovery look better And i really like having only one large shake instead of 4!

I wasn’t at all interested in this, but after trying methods out being discussed, perfecting the rep, autoregulation & ramping, I am getting excited.

I enjoy adding tools to my toolbox, so now that the tools are well put, I want to atleast try the method out before I have an opinion on it. This Anaconda BETTER taste like grape juice!

BTW, Kevin you look insane in that pic, awesome work.

CT, I know this is kind of looking far ahead but has there ever been discussion of the next possible super program after I, Bodybuilder?

If Anaconada is the 2nd generation SWF, would you recommend holding off on ordering another tub of SWF and just get Anaconda when it finally comes out?

This ultimately depends on how long we have to wait though.

I’m not into the loop when it comes to when sups are released. But I’m told that it wont be long.

BTW, Surge Workout fuel will be effective on its own, especially for athletes where work capacity is paramount.

Good to have have news about you Kevin, fun to get feedbacks from another “guinea pig” of Biotest s protocol!!
By the way awesomw pic man!!! Trully in shape!!

Seems like w/o the FINiBARs this could be an excellent low carb version of the protocol.

Edit: I would add something prior, my guess is SWF.

Well, it sounds like the tinkering around is going to end up costing people less money for the various products, which is great, as I think everyone was a little concerned when discussing Biotest’s own considerable production costs for the Anaconda and MAG-10. I know that when I was training in Colorado with CT and the guys, I experienced some insane pumps, and as training multiple times a day was new to me, I was quite sore as the week went on (even with the constant Anaconda while training). Still, if someone with Christian’s experience can recover from a 3x a day session, and still experience the pumps noticeable from the original peri-protocol, then I think Tim has probably done us a service (although some will adamantly disagree out of stubbornness -lol) by still trying to get the most bang for our buck out of all of this. I’m eagerly waiting to hear how this compares to Thib’s original design.

ugh, i’m sorry, but this whole thing just reeks of sales pitch now

Well, Biotest does sell supplements,… but as an educated consumer you get to decide for yourself. Most people have come to trust Thib’s advice because it’s usually correct. I personally don’t use the majority of the product line, but what I have used has worked out pretty good for me. (“and that’s all I’ve got to say about that” -lol)

Correct… you only need 20-25g of carbs to raise insulin levels.

Which probably saved me 45 minutes

Anything after the workout CT?

CT,

What are your thoughts on the potential for the effects of a stack like this to attenuate over time? I’m wondering if the huge gains you saw initially were partly because of the fact that everything was, in a sense, novel to your system, and now that you’ve tweaked the protocol, things are again somewhat new. It struck me constant tweaking like this might serve to change things enough that you don’t necessarily become “tolerant” to the protocol. And that would, in effect, keep you from finding the holy grail of combination within these supplements.

haha beaten.

If you’d compare Biotest to any other supplement line out there Biotest comes out on top everytime.
Maybe they do try to get more profits at times but you have CT and others trying to minimize the amount of supps you need for the protocol to work efficiently. Besides that Biotest’s products almost always have worked the way they do.
So a little sales pitch here and there seems fine to me.

Oh, boo fucking hoo. How dare they try to run a business while giving you this free site and all its information.
