Yesterday I felt a glimpse of what it is to age. It is a weird indescriptible feeling of dullness or whatever. I was thinking «wow I am not 19 anymore» (I am 22). I feel good today though.

I took a little break of this log because I was tired of writing my stuff.

Here is a little resume.

Legs: leg press and not much, waiting for an appointment with an osteopath.

Pecs: DB bench 120x10, 130x2 (bizarre DB, not used to this weight. Felt strong), 120x10. Incline bench up to 255x1, 225x5?

Shoulders: DB press 100x6 at new gym, new DB and bench.

Triceps: same

Back: same. As a first exercise I tried DB row 160x8,8. It was fun

This log doesn’t make any sense

Someone must be putting steroids into my protein shake because my upper body strength is exploding. Either this or the DB are lighter at my new gym. The new gym is fun, there is awesome hammer strength machines and I don’t have to say hi to anyone.

I am now bald, I officially shave my head with an electric rasor and everything. I don’t like it and wear hats all the time. Having written this, I am now waiting for the internet ads aimed at bald people to show up.

Nice workout, I felt energized after. I had a little growth spur in my shoulders and pecs, and it seems my arms want to catch. I feel as if my arms are begging to be squeeeezed with weight. I will add a fifth day for arms.

Actually you can have 130 lbs DB but you have to tape 2.5lbs on 125 DB. Its only doable for flat DB bench and quite annoying and expensive to do.
