I plan on hitting at least 225 with or without leg drive then I will move on to DB press as a first exercise again. I like DB better.

I have a few lifts in particuliar I would like to increase in the next year, it’s written 3 posts up where I tried to edit my first post.

In the long run I want to continue to get stronger slowly while not getting injured. It’s boring but I am in for the long run.

My diet is meat,nut and vegetables. In the morning and for 2-3 years I have been drinking some sort of shake with 1.5 cups of egg white, berries, cinnamon, 250gr greek yogourt, cocoa and spices. I don’t count calories or think my diet more than that. My weight fluctuates between 195-205lbs and I am 6’0.

up to 120x8,5 (6 fail)
