And you’re wrong for thinking that a thread with only your very average right arm is worthy of a thread by itself. But that’s the beauty of this site; our moderators don’t think for the posters because if they did I wouldn’t have had a good laugh today.

Hey, pretty good for your age! Your forearms look solid as well. Keep up the great work. BUT, how about the foundation, the legs?! That’s what it’s all about, build up the lower & for sure you’ll have an amazing upper. Also, do you directly work your forearms?? If not, start it up & your biceps will be that much more inpressive.

No cuts in your forearms or shoulders. Come on.
