Hey, pretty good for your age! Your forearms look solid as well. Keep up the great work. BUT, how about the foundation, the legs?! That’s what it’s all about, build up the lower & for sure you’ll have an amazing upper. Also, do you directly work your forearms?? If not, start it up & your biceps will be that much more inpressive.
ive been workin lower but ive had torn ligaments and sublexxed patellas in the past so they are not very impressive looking. ive posted leg pics b4. you could prob find them if u searched.
and no, i dont work my forearms directly

your wrong, i have pics of the rest of my body

And you’re wrong for thinking that a thread with only your very average right arm is worthy of a thread by itself. But that’s the beauty of this site; our moderators don’t think for the posters because if they did I wouldn’t have had a good laugh today.
Mmm…pretty much sad but true.

I say ‘pretty much’ cuz the kid seems to be working hard, so that makes it worthwhile.

And also, laxxer–kid c’mon there’s ALWAYS gonna be someone with some bs to say and someone will always doubt and dislike you. Welcome to the real world. I’m not gonna assume you don’t know this…BUT it seems a reminder would help. IMO its almost easier to take shots at you since the thread seems pointless and you shoot back at everyone’s comment with some reason/excuse.

Take it with a smile on your face since you’re younger than 98% of people on this site and you have potential, don’t get bent out of shape.

Also realize that most people on here have some idea of what theyre talking about, so you won’t always be right.

yea, although i reply back, i am used to doubters. i mean i say i bench 285, and deadlift 440… at 15 years old, obviously many ppl wont beileve me. although im being thruthful. ill just have to show them when i compete(and hopefully break american records)

good luck.

all I’ll say is, remember the proof is in the pudding.

All I have to say about this is…

At 15, I sure as hell was a lot smaller than you. But then again, I was pushing your same numbers when I was considerably smaller.
