As always you guys are the best! Thanks again for putting me at ease. I’m such a baby! I am trying to feel better though, and for the most part I am!
Anyways, I went to the surgeon and he assed a torn ACL and surgery. HOWEVER! I still haven’t had the MRI, so maybe, juuuust maybe, its only partially torn. My quads are strong! They should’ve absorbed part of the blow. I don’t want surgery. I’ll take longer to rehab as long as it means not having to get stitched up with a cadaver (Rock?). Skeeves me out a bit. Could I get a piece of someone I know who’s alive? Like a relative? That’s pretty neat (you complete me grandma).
The MRI got caught up in Bureauratic limbo. In the meantime I’ve been told to be normal and I don’t need the cane OR brace. Yippee! That sucked dick. I do still wrap the knee with an ace bandage when I exercise. It gets wobbly.
Today Day 1 of Body Building regime! Back and shoulders. Any advice welcome.

Pronated Pullups - 6x3, 4x2
lat raise - 2x12x15, 2x12x20 < 20s were ugly
front raise - 2x12x12.5, 2x12x15
Chest supported row - 8x45, 12x35 < hard!
push press - 8x45, 2x8x55, 8x60 < I was doing these at 85lbs. Wah! The knee was iffy, but I wanted to do some weight bearing on my knees. I even tried a few hang cleans and it was doable.

Yeah, that’s it.
Yesterday I went swimming and that was also doable. Except I can only do the crawl (see below). I hate that I can’t do my cardio! Grrr!!
Tomorrow night mat based pilates. I also took this class on Sunday. Kicked my ass!! I gotta work my core, bro!
