Actually, my last meal before being sent to the guillotine would be a giant plate of slow-cooked pork ribs, followed by a jar of nutella with a toasted baguette (for scooping purposes, obviously).
But yeah, Veg, its def not a “healthy” treat, altho it certainly helps soothe the soul - and sometimes, that’s all a girl can really ask for.

Today I trained - was short on time, but i got in as much as I could manage.
Ft squat - 5x65, 85, 105, 2x3x130 < so i’m kinda stuck between 130-135. I’m implementing 5x5 and I’m using Starr’s calculations, but I just can’t get past the 3rd rep without getting sloppy. Its frustrating. I’ve done 5x130 a few weeks ago, but when i tried 5x135 at the following sesh it was really ugly. I’m going try 135 out again when I’m certain my hormone levels are up, and see what gives.

Couldn’t get in the lunges, rows and abs but i’ll get them in on some other day. Maybe I’ll use them for my concurrent training later this week (must beat my last mile time!).
The rest of the week’s training is a bit abnormal. No soccer practice tomorrow for reasons still unclear, and only one day of Oly - the Oly gym is having a benefit to raise money. Of course I had to offer to make a cake - for 50 people no less. HAH! Why do I do these things…
I’m going to try to get some vids of my snyatch to compare with the other ladies. We’ll see though. I’m still doing hang snatches, but I’d be interested to see what you guys think of my 2nd ext.
