The Gracilis muscle serves to adduct the thigh, flex the leg at the knee, and medially rotate the leg when the knee is flexed. I could name about a dozen movements that would perform those actions AND more.
One would have to be so damn weak to have to perform these Frog raises for your gracilis which use only your legs as weight. I dont care where its done, if i see someone doing this, they are retarded.
To think of how many times I’ve farted while leaning back to do incline DB’s… Just grinding my ass crack all up in the seat…
