I am in need of help setting up my Anabolic Diet. I will be doing the cut version at 2500 cals. My schedule looks like this I wake at 430am start work at 530am get of at 130pm. Can you guys set me up with meal plan, My on thing is I do not eat any fish products. I take breaks and eat whenever I want so eating at certain times does not matter.
I am currently taking Xtend for aminos, Creaform, Vasocharge, and whey isopure. I workout at 6pm on lifting days.
MY stats Weight 172, Height 5’7, Bodyfat 21%
I would greatly appreciate anything that you can help me with.
