Rate My Diet//Help Me With It!

I’ve decided to switch my diet to the anabolic diet, in an attempt to cut the remaining fat off while not losing too much muscle. I’m trying to come up with a diet currently that follows the guidelines set by the anabolic diet.

I’m trying to work out my [low carb] weekdays currently. This is where I am at (I have only included things w/ calories):

19 yo
202 lb
16% BF (want to get to 10%)

1st meal
4 scrambled eggs, cooked in butter, no milk
1.5 Oz cheese, cheddar
1 italian breakfast sausage
1 protein shake (~50g protein, 3g carb, 2 tablespoons udo’s 3-6-9 fish oil)

2nd meal
2 spears of broccoli, 5’ each (about 5 grams of carbs)
Good portion of Smoked Turkey cold cuts
A few pea pods (haven’t checked the carbs in them yet, will have to before I throw a number out)
1 coffee, black (I have heard that the caffeine helps in the effect of the AD, have not heard why, I may be wrong)

3rd meal
150g cooked ground beef
Celery stalk w/ peanut butter (~6grams carb)
Small greens salad (~6 grams carb), w/ vinegar and olive oil

Go work out, just water

4th meal
good portion cold cuts, pepperoni
50g cooked ground beef
1 protein shake (50g, 3g carb, 2 tablespoons of Udo’s 3-6-9 fish oils)
2 flax pills

5th
2 grilled chicken breasts or a steak
Can’t think of other things for this meal

6th meal
I draw a blank here as well, not sure if I should have a 7th and 8th meal either.

Since I am more interested in cutting than big gains, I would rather have 1 carb up day only, or stay with unmodified atkins and have none. What do you guys think?

I cannot come up with a carb-up day meal plan as of yet.

I also have loads of Maltodextrin/Dextrose from my previous diet, but I do not know what GI restrictions are on the carb-up day, as those are both pretty damn high.

If anyone can help me out that would be great. I know I will probably get reamed by the vets here for something I did completely wrong in the diet, and I accept that as an inevitability.

My supplements are:
Flax oil pills
Udo’s 3-6-9 fish oils (liquid, not pills)
Protein

Currently this is the only stuff I take. Some people suggested natural test boosters or HOT-ROX.
