Need Help - Routine?

hey everyone, i just wanted to know if anyone can give me some kind of work out routine that i can do.

im 17, 5"8 and weigh about 126 pounds, i just recently lost like 7 pound because i was sick, all the weight will come back in no time.

i just really need all the basics like what to eat and what not to eat, what i can and cant do at my size, plz add anything im misses because im new to this stuff.

im just tired of having these chicken arms, they got big when i was working landscaping but when i quit my job they went back to the way they were before i got the job

i just really need some advise so someone plz help me out!!
