Need help quick!

Hello, all.

I'm about to enter the final two week microcycle of HST training, a.k.a the negatives. I learned from the HST website that you do two reps of the same weight for all exercises that you're able to do negatives on.

For those exercises that can't be done using negatives, I know that Haycock suggests that you just continue 5 reps for two more weeks. My question is this: do you use the same weight that you peaked on during the 5 rep microcycle or do you utilize the "step" approach to push the envelope further as you did with the other cycles? Thanks in advance.

You stick with the same weight you peaked on during your 5’s cycle for the whole duration of the 5/Negs cycle.
