Getting ready to start a cycle of HST. Understand it well. Only question is repeating the 5’s for week 7 and 8. Normally I would do my max 5 rep on the 6th workout during weeks 5 and 6. If you repeat 5’s for weeks 7 and 8 instead of negatives. Would you work up to a max 5 rep on your last workout of week 8? Thanks in advance
