Hi. Im 22y old, workingout for 6 years. I need some NEW good training principles to gain musclemass. Ihave tried almost all kids of reps and sets and wights. If you have some unnormal training pgms that realy works, please post a response.

Don’t forget to eat big!! There are plenty of get-big diets on t-mag, check em out. I know John Berardi’s ‘appetite for construction’ comes highly recommended.
