I am going nuts trying to find a new routine. I want to put on about 5-10 pounds of lean muscle and I just need something different and new. Please help!!!
do a search for Tsunami Training, I am sure if your diet and recovery is good then you will be able to put on your 5-10 pounds as long as you follow any of t-mags training articles
This is a joke, right? Please don’t tell me that you’ve searched the T-mag site and can’t come up with ANYTHING that you like. (Or perhaps the problem is that you haven’t done a search…)
