My results are in, too

T-folk: I started Ian King’s “Limping” series on 11 June, a month later I started his “12 Weeks to Super Strength,” & I finished with them both last week. During the whole time, I took a multivitamin & flaxseed oil daily & kept my protein at about 1.5 g/lb bodyweight. For the first 6 weeks I followed the T-Dawg Diet strictly, supplemented with Methoxy-7, MD6 & the old T2, & lost 6 lbs of fat (193 → 187). I lost weight best when I added a 1/2 hour of cardio 3x a week. For the last 10 weeks I followed the Massive Eating diet haphazardly, supplemented with Androsol & Tribex, & gained 8 lbs (187 → 195), most of it LBW. My best strength & weight gains came while I was on Androsol.

Strength gains for my lower body were way beyond what I would have thought possible. Strength gains in my upper body were compromised by 2 injuries that I lived with for the last 5 weeks of the program & had to try to work around: damage to my left rotator cuff, & impingment of a nerve in my neck that resulted in significant loss of strength in my left arm. Still, this is what I was able to do: squats increased by 90 lbs (225 -> 315), deadlifts increased by 150 lbs (155 -> 305, I used to be afraid of them), bench press increased by 40 lbs (a wussie 155 -> not-as-wussie 195), chins went from a max of 4 to sets of 4 with added weight. In addition, I took 3 inches off my waist. Thanks to one & all for your encouragement & support, & to BioTest for great products. Can I be promoted now from "Rank Novice" to "Respectable Beginner"?

Great job! I wish everyone would plan their programs (diet, training etc) as well as you. It pays off! Another good lesson for everyone is that although your bodyweight only went up a few pounds, your overall body composition changed dramatically (losing 3 inches off the waist yet weighing more.) I’m sure the visual difference is amazing.

Thanks for the kudos, Chris. I was trying to be as objective as possible in my post. Yeah, overall body composition isn’t what it used to be… ain’t that swell! I see the difference, & others have, too, & commented on it. I’m up to near cocky on the self-confidence scale. I’m not picture perfect yet (that’s the goal for next June), but I’m so far beyond where I started that I’m supremely satisfied with my progress so far. I know what my workouts & my diet will be through May; I’m working on the supplement schedule now. Will also be taking pictures & better measurements to chart the progress. Hey, if I can make the folks at BioTest proud while making myself proud, I’m happy to have you along for the ride.

Awesome, IK provided the platform and you made it happen, great work.
