dimas again (he’s one of my favorite lifters)

suleymanglu @ 88 Olympics, greatest weightlifter of all time

khaki Kakhiashvilis
note :
all 3 of these guys, Dimas, Kakhiashvilis and Suleymanglu, have 3 golds @ the olympics, but only Dimas has 4 medals, only 3 people ever have done that.

Taner Sagir, 77kg wonder, and one hell of a pull.
Romanaz,thats for great pics,man!!!
They are great inspiration for me!
I hope your own lifts fly up!

My current job is moving people.Basicaly I carry all their furnature into the truck and unload the truck at their new address. Its a rather hard job carring big furnature up the stairs and zillion of heavy boxes.Sometimes I work up to 12 hours a day.
So when I came to the gym,I dont have freshness, energy and focus for technique & explosiveness Oly lifts demand.
Then I just do strength…squats,deads,bench,military press,bent-over row.
I have tons of stamina, but my legs feel heavy after work.
It doesnt matter,I look forward to my new snatch PR!

3 people I train with do landscaping and one of them does 2 a days twice a week, and one session a day 3 time a week.
you just are using that as an excuse. Sure, some days we all feel tired and shitty, but we get over it. =D

I dont know what landscaping is but I know what is carring heavy furniture up and down the stairs for 8-12 hours.
After such a work, you dont just feel tired…you are in fact tired.Your muscles are exhausted, your grip is fried, your energy level is way down.
If some day I dont work or its easy day,I kill myself on Oly lifts.
If I have a very hard day,I tend to do strength session(squats, deads, bench,…) which also contributes to Oly lifts.
I try to train every day or on my free day I train in the morning and in the evening.
All that said, this is just the beginnning phase of Oly lifts for me when I try to become spring proficient and improve technicaly.Body freshness and good focus are paramount.
Later, when I advance I will be able to come to the gym dead tired and unfocused and just do decent Oly lifts anyway.
Thanks for your support.
Do you have any more cool pics?

270kg for a nice easy triple…
