My Plan-Suggestions?

How does this look guys? been doin it for a bit and its been working alright…wanan get your thoughts on it…should i change anything? my goal here is to drop fat and maintain or even gain strength. im gonna be on the t-dawg 2.0 diet…Thoughts? i got the idea of this workout from this article…

Monday

Upper Body

-Bench press 5-7 sets 90%+ weight
-DB bench press 3x8-10
-Bent over row or seated rows +Straight arm lateral pulldowns 4x8
-Military press 3x6
-Beach work

-Abs

Sprints

-6x30 yard sprints
-3x60 yard sprints

Tuesday

-Lactic inducing workout 1+20-30 min of steady cardio

Wednesday

-Interval sprints

Thursday

Lower Body

-Squat or Box squat 5-7 sets 90%+ Weight
-RDL or dumbell rdl 4x6-8
-Lunges or bulgarian split squats 3x8 each leg
-Calf Raises +Toe Raises 4x20 each

OFF

Saturday

Lactic inducing workout 2+20-30 min of cardio

anyone?

What sport? Doesn’t look bad, but lifting frequency is a bit low IMO.

i wanna add one more day of a full body workout…what kinda exercises should i put?
