Yours eyes are not bad, they are terrible, really hope you don’t drive on the road.

Hey…maybe Rusty doesn’t have “a sweet set of abs” like his profile says.

Tabata meet Deadlift.

Damn impressive!

stop hogging the deadlift section.

good intensity and dedication on seeing it through. I’m kind of proud of myself for watching all 10 minutes though.

thats a badass video man. Whats that gel/cream you put on your hand before you chalked up?

also look at hollywood at around the 8:11 mark, he does a quick posedown while lookin in the mirror

Great pulling. I often said to myself …if I could do twenty reps using 300lbs I should be pretty built. I then realized…maybe not. I then upped it to 350lbs for 20 reps. You just completely fucked my whole belief system.
Ps. I do them continuously but what does it matter.[/quote]

I think it matters quite a bit, actually. No way could I do that for continuous reps. For one thing, my grip would never allow it.

Damn? you?re probably the first.

The gel is Grrrip Plus. It?s actually all I had on my hands for the first set of reps before I grabbed the chalk. My gym technically doesn?t allow chalk, but it turns out, I prefer the Grrrip, anyhow? I was just running a little low that day. It?s non-tacky and comp legal and is usually good to go for a whole workout w/ one application. I?ve tried all the different ?liquid chalk? options and it?s, by far, the best. http://www.throw1deep.com/GRRRIPPLUS.htm

I still steal a lot of music off Limewire. hangs head in shame It’s the Eminem/50 Cent/2Pac remix of Till I Collapse. If you PM me, I can try to email it to you, but it?s 6800 KB and I?m not sure what my attachment limit is.

Nice work!

That was very impressive.

Nice work!!
I couldn’t help watching Hollywood in the background struggle benching 135 for like 5 reps… or what rusty would say a bench of 45 for 5 reps. Please help Hollywood with the bench. I’ll help Rusty with his math since I am a teacher.

Ha! I actually try to help Hollywood all I can. He asks for advice and pretends to listen, but you can see the doubt in his eyes. He always goes back to his crappy ways.

Thanks again for the compliments. I’m surprised this thread is still kickin’.

Great vid and great strength. The only suggestions I have is to

  1. stand with your feet underneath you such that when standing up, your legs are perpendicular to the ground.

  2. Grab the bar such that when standing your arms are perpendicular to the ground.

Your leverages will be better.
