My Bodyfat Percentage

I used an online body fat percentage calculator using measurements of various locations on my body How to Measure Weight at Home: BMI, RFM, & More

It says, “You have 13.5% body fat. You have 20.1 Pounds of fat and 128.9 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).”

Is it possible for me to have 13.5% body fat if I still cannot see any of my abs?

I took the same test, 11.5%

I just used another calculator using different measurements (waist, hip, chest as opposed to waist, hip, forearm, wrist) and it says 17.6%. That seems more believable for me since I have no visible abs.

Yes it’s possible.

Chances are it’s not accurate anyway, but why would you care?

That test is far from accurate, so I wouldn’t pay much attention to the results. Even if they are correct at 13.5%, it is quite possible that you still don’t have visible abs. Strongly defined abs don’t show up till under 10% typically, with some definition showing up probably at 13% or less. Everyone is different though, it depends on how muscular your abs are, body fat, and just each person’s genetics.

you probably need around 9% since you are 150 pounds… unless you are 5’ 4" or something

WOW! These are my results. And here all along I thought I was near 20%. /sarcasm

You have 12% body fat.

You have 29.3 Pounds of fat and 214.7 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

Now I probably would look good at 215…
