Hello all,
I have been out of the gym for a good tow years due to chronic fatigue syndrome. I have recovered, but have lost 60 lbs. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can gain it back quickly? Are there any routines that stimulate muscle memory more than others? I’ve been thinking of going to an Ian King routine since you are forced to start out light, but if anyone has any other suggestions, I’m all ears (which is about ALL I am right now!)
