I have noticed that one of my legs is much stronger/larger than my other leg. Specifically this concerns me because my weaker leg’s knee hurts. I think this may be something with the muscles around my knee. Do you have any advice on rectifying this??/

go ATG and do front squats
I had the same problem and had a patellar tracking problem with the one leg. Slowly, the legs started to look the same
