Damn, I just made this shake and I’m in heaven. I used Labrada Pro-V vanilla 1 1/2 scoops, two cups low-fat milk, two cups frozen strawberries, one TB natural peanut butter, three packets of Splenda (sucralose). Tastes like a strawberry sundae. 61g Pro, 50g carb, 13g fat = 561 calories. Oh, the strawberries give 4 grams of fiber too.
