MRP recipes w/ Advanced Protein

Hey, what do you guys mix w/ your advanced protein to make for a delicious, yet healthy and protein packed MRP? I put a few strawberries and a banana in w/ my vanilla flavored AP, tastes delicious. Just looking for some different combos of stuff.

Milk Chocolate Advanced Protein with peanut butter is great. For chocoholics, try mixing in low-calorie hot cocoa mix.

Stevie (wonder)…I just called to say I love you! I’m just messin…I just posted to share some recipes! And I mean it from the bottom of my heart…actually, I haven’t yet tried AP (draw and quarter the boy!), but I do have some recipes using some protein powders.

We all know that cooked oatmeal is simply marveloso with a scoop of protein or scoop of MRP (Grow). I've been testing the waters lately. A good protein/carb combo that I've been enjoying lately is 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese, 1/2 cup dry oats and a scoop of your fave MRP (I've been using Opti-Pro). A good protein and fat recipe is 1/2 to 3/4 cup cottage cheese, 1 tsp natural PB, 1/2 tsp sugar-free jello and a scoop of protein powder (I've been using CFM from Protein Factory)...its' like PB & J, baby (I usually have some beef and a 1tbsp of flax with that). Another protein and fat combo--that pushes the carbs a lil'--is 1 cup cottage cheese, 2tbsp natural PB and a scoop of protein...enjoy!

Mix up two scoops of chocolate AP very thick- don’t use much water. Add natural peanut butter, some cottage cheese and ice. It should be so thick that you have to use a spoon to keep in going in the blender. Blend as well as you can then chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with nuts and eat with a spoon. Makes a great fat/protein meal with minimal carbs. Very filling.
