Speaking of Branch, anyone see him when he was speaking to the crowd before the first nights show? The guy was wondering about without crutches or anything after getting his leg stitched back on to the bone. Thats pretty tough stuff right there.
I think Branch, leg permitting, is up there with a shot at No.1 next year/year after if he isn’t too set back by the injury.

He came in a lot drier this year. Size doesn’t look to have changed too much (besides legs), but with diminishing returns and everything, I’m sure they’re fighting for every new pound of muscle at that caliber.
Wish branch could have competed. I don’t know if he would have taken heath or jay, but it would have been interesting to see who won between him and kai.

They’re both freaks each one his own way (Branch & Kai).
By the way Kai works out at my Gym He looks enormous!!! Unfortunately he is always covered up to his eyes. I have no idea how does he survive in his hoody and long pants because I am dieing from heat in my shorts and t-shirt
BIG Qualification changes next year(source RX muscle). If true some people are going to be shit out of luck next season…
“Last night a meeting of promoters, officials, and judges met to vote on important policy changes in bodybuilding, fitness, figure, and bikini. As a result of that meeting there will be a huge shake-up in the bodybuilding world. As of next year ONLY THE WINNERS OF PRO SHOWS will qualify to compete in the Olympia. That includes all divisions, and the only exceptions to this new rule are the Olympia and the Arnold Classic, in which the top three qualify. When I heard this, I figured that if the winner had already qualified in a previous contest the second place contestant must then qualify, right? Wrong. Only the winner qualifies, and if the winner already is, no one will be invited to the Olympia.”
Phil’s a pro… through and through. You don’t get to his level and NOT know what you need to improve on at any given moment. I expect to see improvements next year as well.

I hardly ever venture into that forum. But I’ll check him out.
Guys like him seem to sneak in here, post a few things, then disappear before the rest of us can pick their brains thoroughly.
