Useful in rehabing an injured knee or ankle.
4 way Neck - really wish I had one at my gym. I do four way neck movements hanging off the edge of a bench or the boxing ring, but adding weight to the movement would make it more effective.
I would say the aductor abductor thing but then, hot girls, spandex clothing, this machine, well I can kinda see the point now.
Cardio machines - I don’t use them, when I run I do it on a running track. They take up loads of space that could be used for squat racks, or ropes, or a matted area, but that said, they work as a corale for the non-serious trainers, means they still keep paying their gym fees and subsidising my workouts without getting in my way.
Smith Machine - don’t use it myself but can see it as an option for mixing things up every now and then (also a handy place to hang towels.)
In short, there is lots in my gym which is useless to me, but it is not just my gym.

If the balls have a bit of weight to them this is a good plyo excercise.

on a similar note, how’s your input relevant to the topic? Why are you posting here? I really appreciate some critique I got here and might even start using the smith machine in the future (tribunaldude and rbpowerhouse- great posts). It’s all about learning new stuff but obviously, the likes of you and artem already know it all inside out and have never been a beginner.

what are you on about? I just posted my own opinion, never asked a single question… I ve got the balls to admit that I could’ve been wrong on that one and learn from my mistakes. And yes, I got bollocked by some haters whose replies boil down to taking the mick out of me.

You are a beginner, and judging by your posts, a child. You were told to shut up because you’re coming into a bodybuilding forum with your ‘opinion’(which is not your opinion, but something you read somewhere), laughing at people who know better than you. You need experience to form an opinion, and you don’t have it.
wtf…quite ironical that the guy who calls me a kid posts a very immature post himself. So what you r saying is:
less than 3 years of experience= no right to state your opinion (in case you learn sth from ppl who know more than you…)
aaaaallright.

You say that now, but you’ll change your mind quickly when your gym gets rid of them.

If that is what you think I wrote, you lack basic reading comprehension as well.

I never did manage to really understand raising to the power of an imaginary number, though.
