I have heard that it is use in electrical engineering.

on a similar note, please refrain from posting here because you seem to know nothing about bodybuilding
on a similar note, how’s your input relevant to the topic? Why are you posting here? I really appreciate some critique I got here and might even start using the smith machine in the future (tribunaldude and rbpowerhouse- great posts). It’s all about learning new stuff but obviously, the likes of you and artem already know it all inside out and have never been a beginner.
Don’t act like you came in here asking an innocent question and got stepped on.
what are you on about? I just posted my own opinion, never asked a single question… I ve got the balls to admit that I could’ve been wrong on that one and learn from my mistakes. And yes, I got bollocked by some haters whose replies boil down to taking the mick out of me.

I love your British vernacular. I’ve been saying “What are you on about?” I need some more spunky British phrases. Post more, please?
e.g. “bollocked” “taking the mick”
But, next time, I expect the “bollocks” to be used instead of “balls” for authenticity, or at least from what I’ve learned watching Skins.

External rotation exercises, YTWL? i.e. re/pre- hab stuff.

Lol, going to have to go with this as the worst machine in the thread.
I am really glad that you like Skins ‘dude’, do you follow any other British teen dramas? Who would have thought that someone across the pond finds it okay to watch…

You need them in order to have color television and color computer monitors. Just FYI, that is what they are good for. The communists refused to allow their people to use imaginary numbers for a while and it caused them a lot of trouble.

I really would like to learn about the specifics of that. I just don’t think reading random sites of the internet is really going to help.
