Ok so I am trying to be cosmetically pleasing and have a question. lets say all I can buy is chicken and eggs or sunchips and grapes. what is the best way to go about it? Do I eat the sunchips with the chicken? And would that count as a P/C meal or a P/F meal?

Now doesn’t that sound stupid to you Hanger?

Who gives a shit if sunchips arent like eating fatpills, there are better foods you can use for fuel. its about efficiency of the burn man damn.

You dont know shit, Just stop fighting these stupid meatheads and learn from them…then someday you can teach some kid and have him fight everything and call you a low IQ meathead.

More Lifty(fork included), Less Typy…

Tear me down if you want, but this place is a fucking goldmine of like minded Individuals that are amazing at helping and even cheer leading people that want to LEARN and have a decent attitude. Your still a douche, but I have hope for ya, Ill be in my garage…

Explanation for sunchips:
I dont pay $2.70 for a lunch only to discard half of it…

Oh and I like grapes

Just because I eat 1 bag of chips… very small bag… doesn’t mean I am royally screwing my entire diet.

I don’t have any cheat meals so maybe that makes up for it.

Why in the hell is anyone still posting here. Are you gluttons for punishment. This is so far beyond laughable. I entered in tonight because I couldn’t believe the number of post in this thread.

And, you’re not screwing up your diet, you dont eat enough in a day to qualify the food as a diet. But thats not what you want to hear. Hardcore plan? Huh, whiney brat.

MOBY DICK, THE WHALE
is in even worse shape than I will ever be in my life because despite my efforts beforehand I wasnt stupid enough to let fat get in the way of my life!

yet he still criticizes! and it isn’t even constructive.

How am I not eating enough? I’m pushing well over 2kcal a day right now, and from reading the articles that seems like an appropriate amount for my weight.(Theres a chart on one of the diet & nutrition articles)

Why are you even here if you allready know everything and don’t take anyone’s advice anyway?

Why does it matter? Please, if you dont care or think I’m an idiot. Just close this box and go outside.

By telling you to stop being a ladyboy we are actually trying to HELP you. Asthma boy! lol[/quote]

Hahaha, ladyboy, thats a new one to me.

Ok, so this is getting a bit out of hand, but heres my .02. As far as your original question goes, up the protein by whatever means possible. If you can’t afford it then you don’t want it bad enough. Get quality carbs mainly around your workouts. Don’t neglect the other obvious needs of quality fats/veggies/etc.

Also, judging by your pictures, up the intensity of the lifts, including HIIT. Look I’m only a year older than you, but I have far more muscle, less fat, and more strength/athleticism. I listen to any advice from people here. I mean, take it for what its worth, but believe me when I say most of it is damn useful. Humble yourself. We all THINK we’re stronger or better than most or than the next guy, but the sooner you realize you aren’t shit compared to what others have achieved and/or what you CAN POTENTIALLY be, the better off you’ll be.

Work hard. Good luck

I had to comment on this lame reason…it’s by using this logic (!) that people buy more crap than they need ie. “I got the 500g choc bar because it was cheaper than two 200g bars, eventhough I only went to the shop for one 200g bar”

This is why there is an obesity problem in the modern world because we are encouraged to buy and eat more than we need and see it as something good. Wow I saved some money!

OP: people on here honestly want to help, but rationalising stuff like this just makes people think you are not serious. It’s not the Sunchips per say that are the issue its the principle that you care more about justifying stuff than changing stuff. If you got a pack of cigarettes included with the price of your lunch would you smoke them too?

I honestly hope you come back in a year from now and prove everyone wrong, but if you don’t change your mindset I doubt you will.

What do you suggest I pack then, to make up for the chips (which are healthier than just a sandwich and an apple)

also, thanks to douglas for the post.
Hey, but wouldn’t flexing show off my muscles? something I wasnt doing.

That reminded the fuck out of me of that quote.

I was kind of taken back by this… I was seeing results even when I was still drinking pop and eating junk food.

So I would assume my new habits would only speed up the process.

ahahahahahahahaha

wait wait

ahahahahhahahahaha

…ahahahha

you spend 2.70 on a bag of sunchips, you could buy like 3 tins of tuna for that wtf?

This thread has a lot of people addicted, very peculiar.

No bro, school lunch. It comes with the sandwich. Whether or not you want to pay for the chips, you are going to anyways.
You do not have a choice.

Ah, tis true. Flexing would make anyone look better I suppose.

Good foods to pack? Well I’m on the go every day but Sunday, my bag-o-goodies contains: turkey/chicken wraps with spinach and tomatoes, protein bar, apples, bananas, dried fruit, carrots, peppers, broccoli, protein powder, almonds/other nuts, avocados, oranges, cans of tuna (yes sometimes I pack a can opener), some mints for after the tuna/broccoli and thats about it. Once you progress you can throw in a more cheat food every so often.

Seeing results while eating junk is usually temporary, probably because you are young your metabolism is letting you get away with stuff like that. Eventually your body won’t be so forgiving and it is better to get into good habits at an early age. So yes eating better will not only speed the process up but help you long term.

Douglas has posted alot of good ideas for stuff to pack. It’s not easy to throw away food that you are obliged to pay for, but what you need to think about is the bigger picture and whether or not that stuff is helping you achieve your goals or potentially harming them.

Whenever I go out the very least I put in my bag is a few scoops of whey and my shaker, but I also at times carry tins of tuna (with can opener and fork!), packs of chicken slices, bags of nuts etc.
