Memorial day: Workout Schedule Help

I’m on WS4SB and today was supposed to be my ME upper body day, but becuase today is Memorial Day my gym is closed so I can’t lift, so what do you guys suggest I do? Should I just skip my ME Upper day this week and just do my ME Lower body on Wednesday or do it my next workout?

I’m on WS4SB v1 so my schedule is

ME Upper body: Monday
ME Lower body: Wednesday
RE Upper body: Friday
HIIT: Saturday

Should I just do my ME upperbody on tuesday and then do my ME lowerbody on Wednesday or just skip my upper body day altogether and continue with my schedule normally?

Thanks in advance

either do your upper body workout on Tuesday and eat and sleep plenty between then and Wednesday, or do a lighter upper body day today

(Monday)… do what you can do from home: tons of pushups, tons of fat-man pullups (using a desk or something) and any other upper body exercises you can do from home. hell, curl your bottle of mouthwash or whatever else you can find with some weight to it…

Oh dude the same thing happened to me today…im just as confused as youLOL
is kinda sad though =(

My gym was closed today as well. I’m not worrying about it too much though. I’m doing Starting Strength so I’m just gonna have to bite the bullet and go back to back days. Squatting heavy two days in a row should be fun. Lots of Surge/BCAAs for those sessions, haha.

Uh… do the workout tomorrow? And just use today as a rest-day instead of sunday or wherever your next day of rest is?

Or you could just skip it. One ME day skipped won’t drop your box-squat.

Your dedication is awesome. Now gain some perspective.

Squats back to back is like trying to masturbate back to back… hard as hell lol

I’m doing my ME Bench tomorrow (instead of today) , and my ME lower will be on Thursday instead of Wednesday ; I’ll add one additional movement to one (maybe both)day; skip DE bench this week , making it a de-load week…yeah , thats what I’ll call it .
