Meltdown Training Results

I was wondering if anyone had given meltdown training a test and was able to talk about their results and also provide the conditions in which they used this program?

Try it, it works. I started 15th day of January at starting weight of 198 28%bf. As of 21st of March I am 185 20% bf. It’s a killer workout. I followed the t-dawg diet, sort of a keto diet. The workouts work, but you need a diet to follow. Depending on your goal either losing fat or gaining weight. Look at the diet manifesto in the isssues. You will not be disappointed.
