Meltdown and Diet

I was just wondering what kind of success some of you out there had with meltdown training. What kind of diet did you follow (calories, macro- breakdown, supps.) Any success with T-dawg, 40-40-20, etc. Appreciate it

Hey if you haven’t found the post yet have a look at “Meltdown Training - The good, the bad, and the painful…”. You’ll see how it’s been going. Basically most meltdowners have tried the fat fast 0% Carbs: 50:50 Fat/Protein. Pretty easy to do if you are doing the t-dwag, to modify, just take the carbs down or out if you’re a purist? Have fun with it, cause it’s worth it!
