Il work up slow on the CG, probably shoot for a goal of 315x3x10 flat backed locking all reps out stopping just short of my chest with no lift off.

benched for the first time in a long time today, (stopped benching because I was tired of using bad form and wanted to focuson other upper body lifts, yeah it was stupid lol) anyway I decided to start back benching flat back, flat footed, no bounce, locking out all reps without a lift off.

It was so much harder than normal it made me really mad, so I did the following

took me 4 and a half hours lol. But seriously, I think the volume will help me learn the new form allot which is my biggest problem I think. I cant figure out where I want to touch the bar or where I want the bar to end up specifically, so each rep is different looking than the others.

BRB working bench harder than ever before to try to get a bench that would pass in any federation reguardless of how strict.

No lifting like that wasnt smart or usefull, just wanted to train my self into the ground because Im so pissed off about how weak I am.

I feel the workout in my shoulders today, I figured it was just the volume tho… May have to work on my arch while keeping my feet flat.

also like to add I put on the strongman backsupport belt and it made it so I literally couldnt inhale at fucking all. I did those squats with hardly any air. Next time… next time I will sodomize that weight.

Gonna workout again in a little bit and do the same workout but this time Il use ALLOT more weight and probably less reps.
