635x1 slight spot

Someone took that video to sugden barbell and there is a hoard of 160lb guys who cant deadlift 405 but still call them selves powerlifters talking shit about it. Apparently hammer curls with more than can bench make it so they can talk crap about the video.

low block pulls the other day, I had been up for like 20 hours and was feeing a bit sick to my stomache from how poorley I have been eating latley… Almost no protein…

700x0 brick wall bellow the knee’s, I held it there for like 3 seconds. I just didnt have any energy, I had no speed.

My lower back is the weakness in these, I could stick with block pulls for another few workouts but i now feel really over trained from maxing on partal deadlifts and box squats etc so often.

time to take a few days off and evaluate my training.

Lack of sleep and shit eating can realy mess someone up. Get a few days rest and some huge eating and come back and smash some PR’s. Dont let a small set back knock you too much!

635x0 stuck right bellow the knee’s and I held it there for like 3 seconds, I was so slow off the floor it was sad. I can probably get 650 fresh, then working on my form and strength off the floor hopefully Il be around 750… some peaking and hard training I should be able to do 800.

I did 700x4

then I didnt do deadlifts for a few months, and I havent done deadlifts from the floor for another few months after that.

To be honest I dont think its to bad at all considering Im at about 650 after not training them for so long. Also I have 2 really obvious weaknesses so I know what to work on.

475x3x9 wanted to do 4x9 but my knee was acting up, patella tendon pain/soreness is a bitch.

I got joint support coming, Im wide stance lifting with almost no forward knee bend and I have knee sleeves so Im doing everything I can about it and its still a bitch.

Was going to do smolov but with the knee pain I will never make it, think Il just stick to 1 set adding 25lbs a workout until I hit a nice big PR.

what joint support are u getting? my elbows and knees have also been being a bitch but im workin on it
