Hey everyone, would you guys be interested in a fat kids ego lifts? Ive been training for the last 3 years and have gotten pretty big, and very strong, by basicaly ego lifting and pigging out ( only regarding protien do i realy count macros )
Me and my brother definatly dont see eye to eye on alot of things relating to the gym, i for one would never over think form, or rom, if it ment losing weight off my lifts, or having a workout with less weight than befor, i love the weights, what can i say.
if i post on my brothers log it will blow my mind, because over the last 3 years of religously reading, watching, and loling my ass off at the countless sites full of information, and the hillarious boards full of mma fighting, advanced trainer, pornstars with 480 benches and 6 foot cocks everyday, behind the wonderfull curtain of the enternet ( my bro will tell you )
I have never wanted to post vids, talk, or interact with 99.9% of the cowardly, e-bodybuilders, who give no respect to true trainers, who some how always seem to be the most humble, and intelegent on the boards, my brother has to apologize for beng fat when he posts a vid of an 805 rawbox squat at 17, do you think any of the people who tlk this way could even contemplate what that even is?
I have a pretty good idea, and its something i have great respect for. Not with an insult attatched, or snikker, or a question about how much pussy my lil bro gets when he walks out from under the bar, but just plain old respect. The enternet is void of what weightlifting is all about, lifting heavy, having fun, and someday maybe lookin hawt.
Sorry for the bad grammer and run on sentences and junk, oh and sorry for the little rant. Il try to spare you all from anymore, im just some naturaly big guy, who doesnt have to train or eat hard because of gentics, witha big old chip on my shoulder

I have never done it holding on to anything, just didnt see how it could have much carry over to my squat if I had my hands on the uprights and pulled my self out of the hole etc.
I should try holding onto the uprights some time, it would probably make the exercise easier than barbell squats.
Very cool log. You have some incredible potential for your age - I will be very interested to see where you will be in 5-10 years. Out of curiosity, what does you diet look like on a typical day?
ya dude, is your neck soar from those ssb box squats, its like from my traps up to my skull get worked like crazy with those when i drive the weight up with my arms and upper back, i do need to go back to a parallel box on those tho, my reps would be cut in half at least ![]()

I thought your best barbell high box squat was 500x10
You think you can lower it and get 12 with the SSB?
Id like to see that.

thanks man
my diet is all over the place, but I counted out my protein for a few meals over the last few days and I was averaging 50-100 grams per meal of whole food.
calories? 5000+ I would guess. Not completely sure tho. I have a slow metabolism so I dont need to eat that much.

I fall backwards because Im trying to stay on my heels, push my ass back, and keep the barclose to me all at once. Not a good idea when taken to the extreme.
I wear the belt high because its just where it feels strongest on me. My lower back is strong, my upper back is strong, my middle back rounds easy.
My brother wears it in the same place, maybe its just be how we are built.
But ifI wear the belt lower I get almost no carry over from it.
sounds good it might just look high because youre such a large man idk
light back workout
pulldown up to stack x 11, no swing (usualy swing) pr
chest supported db row (i put half my chest on the highest part of an incline bench and focus on not heaving so much, no leg drive) 3 sets, heaviest was a 150 for 5 in each arm coulda got a few more.
then 4 sets of chins without swinging, 8,8,6,6

I would hope you would be stronger⦠Id disown you if you werent lol.
405x20 wasnt with the same box, it was 1 plate lower, you were sitting down on the box more, and I didnt spot you on the reps.
Also you probably had more like 450x20 at the time⦠and it was one of your first workouts with the bar if I remember correctly?
I dont know how to judge your progress, because your form always changes to make the lift easier as the weight gets heavier. And you change exercises so fast that you never stick with one for long enough to make BIG gains on it.
For instance, you might get up to 675x10 off the high box with the SSB. But is that really better than 500x25? Ehh? I dont know. I know that when I have 675x10 (if I ever do) that Id rather do the 675x10 than I would 500x25 just because of how grueling the reps are. So for all I know the 675x10 might be easier for me.
You need to start training normal parallel box squats so you can actually judge your progress. Go from a 500 max to 700 max in 10 weeks would be BIG undoubted progress.
