I did the exact same thing while doing RDL today, went on my heals too much.

I try to push my ass back as far as I can to keep the pressure on my hams and glutes, no point in not doing a normal deadlift if Im going to do my romanians with all lower back.

Hey everyone, would you guys be interested in a fat kids ego lifts? Ive been training for the last 3 years and have gotten pretty big, and very strong, by basicaly ego lifting and pigging out ( only regarding protien do i realy count macros )

Me and my brother definatly dont see eye to eye on alot of things relating to the gym, i for one would never over think form, or rom, if it ment losing weight off my lifts, or having a workout with less weight than befor, i love the weights, what can i say.

if i post on my brothers log it will blow my mind, because over the last 3 years of religously reading, watching, and loling my ass off at the countless sites full of information, and the hillarious boards full of mma fighting, advanced trainer, pornstars with 480 benches and 6 foot cocks everyday, behind the wonderfull curtain of the enternet ( my bro will tell you )

I have never wanted to post vids, talk, or interact with 99.9% of the cowardly, e-bodybuilders, who give no respect to true trainers, who some how always seem to be the most humble, and intelegent on the boards, my brother has to apologize for beng fat when he posts a vid of an 805 rawbox squat at 17, do you think any of the people who tlk this way could even contemplate what that even is?

I have a pretty good idea, and its something i have great respect for. Not with an insult attatched, or snikker, or a question about how much pussy my lil bro gets when he walks out from under the bar, but just plain old respect. BACK STRENGTH
20 pullups off power rack(swinging, chin to bar)
300lb db row x 10 each arm, 175 db x 30 plus
700 lb deadlift hitched (walked out from power rack) and crapy power shrugs with 8 and 9 plates a side.

LEGS
20’ highbox squat 700 (wraps and spot)
saftysquatbar squat off highbox, holding onto the power rack (this exorcise is ill)

legpress 1500x15 (slaming off of the sled, legs still hit around 90 at the bottom, i am like 6’3 after all :wink:

arms are like 225x5 curl (swinging) i could also do a 21 with 135 after a back workout, skulls with 155x15, and a 300 jm press.

those are my best lifts at 19,im still natural.

Rather than pick apart these lifts, Im just going to say, what ever you think these lifts like, its cheating WAY more than that. Also some of the pressing strength hes counting me spotting him/pulling the bar off of him after a missed rep.
