Oh wow, that are some crazy stats. I have a question on why you use a rather loose form on barbell rows, are you trying to involve as much muscle groups as possible? I’m not suggesting you to clean up your form, just wanted to hear out why you do them that particular way.
I do it because Im a ego lifter and I enjoy making progress despite the form.
I also think the added weight from doing rows, and the looser form which involves more lower back is good for my deadlift. And bcause Im not deadlifting right now, I can use the extra lower back work.
just wanted to have one of those workouts that I used to have whern I first started where I just beat up everything in one workout

225x4
incline dumbell fly
25x10
45x10
70x2x10 easy

Flexing in the mirror I realized if I wasnt so fat id have a decent physique, at least other than calves. Pretty jacked up upper body today.
I need to keep working on calves, rear delts, triceps/biceps, and upper chest. Once I bring those up Im one year long cut away from a bodybuilding show. that is if I find a way to brain wash my self into not caring if I lose strength/muscle.

Only problem is t do the V diet costs like a few hundred dollars to t-nations bank accoount.
I have always in the back of my mind wanted to do it tho…
Its witer now so im thinking about losing some weight (cardio is easy when its cold out
But thats really just to improve my chinup more than it is for fat loss by its self.
Im gonna do the V diet at some point tho. Its to tempting not to.

Are your pm’s disabled by any chance?
not that I know of all though I havent got a PM since the 16th and I reply to every PM that I get sent other than T-Nation notifications or something like that.
anyway today I did
parrallel box squats (front squats) just a belt
135x3
225x3
315x3
365x1
405x1
455x1 had 475-495 will gpo heavier next time
romanian deads
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x4
455x6
calf raises
4-5x?
leg curls
4x?
abb pull down
4-5x?
Oh a side note Im trying westside for my squats because I dont feel like repping over 600lbs on box squats ever week.
shrug
up to 855x2, would have done more but the bar kept hitting the rack at the bottom of the of the shrug. Either way they were good reps. well i got them up pretty high anyway.
rows
8x10 light rows
rear delty flys
4x?
calf raises
?x?
Im pretty happy with that low rack pull, when i had 700x4 dead I did rack pulls from that exact height and wasnt to far off from 660 if I remember right.
squats, just a belt, not feeling to strong…
135x3
225x3
315x3
405x2
495x1
545x1
605x2 PR form felt off, they were probably high, all though they would have passed in some federations. But on a better day I could get 3 to solid depth.
Im not saying they were high, but they could have easily been lower.
Rack pull, same height as last time when I hit 585x6
315x3
405x3
495x2
558x1 straps
635x5 PR! straps
Pulldown
stackx4x10
abb 5x5 1x10
leg curl
6x10
I think I should have a deload workout judgeing by how hard I have been training, so next squat etc workout will be light and high rep. But after that its all heavy shit.
this was the workout, a few days/weeks later I did 700x4
In a few weeks Il beat my old low rack pull pr easy.
