yeah for sure man, I have a real wide grip. If my hands slide out a inch I would probably break my hands racking the bar…
They would probably kick me out of the gym if they knew I was still using chalk because were not allowed to any more because some dumbasses made a mess every day. But I would rather get kicked out and have unbroken hands and a good bench than stay and have the opposite.
I met brian schwab today, real nice guy. Very cool.
For training I did
paralel ish box squat just a belt and knee sleeves
245x5
335x3
425x3
515x2
605x1
690x1 the bar was 60lbs and I used a monolift, it actually ****ed me up because I couldnt hold the bar as low on my back because it was so fat.
followed that up with a shit load of reverse hypers, glute ham raises, leg curls, leg raises, decline situps, pulldown cable crunches.

I have the same problem. I’ve fucked up my pointer finger several times because my grip slides too wide.

1 board (bounce dont lockout) weird bench, threw me off a little. The height of the bench its self was making my arch weird because I had to tuck my feet under neath me way more.
135x5

405x4
475x6 gonna rep this again next week and go for at least 8 reps back home at my normal gym. Only fully locked out the last rep.
Incline, pausing, locking out each rep fully (to counter balance 1 board bouncing and not locking out lol)
135x5
225x4
265x12, last time was 245x14, couldnt quite lockout 15.
decline close grip fully locking out all reps, no bounce or anything. Just trying to beat up my triceps.
135x2x10
185x10
225x10
275x10
315x6
dumbell incline flys for pec tear prehab
35x20
50x3x20
machine skull crushers sort of
4x10 working up to the stack
Not to bring religion into this, but it made me really happy to read you’re a devout Christian. Not gonna go into it too much, but I feel like the tie between faith and lifting weights is understated sometimes, regardless of religious affiliation. Keep prayin’ and liftin’ big guy.

Mega you do know that as a SHW, you get to lift on Sundays in a lot of contests right? The USAPL Florida State Open Powerlifting Championships (Feb 28/March 1) is such a meet.

dumbell curl
30x10000
abb pulldown/calves super set
like 6 x ?
followed it up with a little bit of rotator cuff work, light pushdowns, and some light flys
Oh wow, that are some crazy stats. I have a question on why you use a rather loose form on barbell rows, are you trying to involve as much muscle groups as possible? I’m not suggesting you to clean up your form, just wanted to hear out why you do them that particular way.
