yeah for sure man, I have a real wide grip. If my hands slide out a inch I would probably break my hands racking the bar…

They would probably kick me out of the gym if they knew I was still using chalk because were not allowed to any more because some dumbasses made a mess every day. But I would rather get kicked out and have unbroken hands and a good bench than stay and have the opposite.

thanks man, I just know Im gonna get up to 700 for reps soon.

dumbbell cheat curl
25x10
50x5
75x5
115x10

barbell row, bad form, I think Il just call them cheat rows they are a yates row with back swing
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x4
500x10

dumbell row
85x5
155x7
225x15

barbell shrug
135x10
225x10
405x8
585x5
815x8

rear delt row (my own exercise basically, never seen anyone do them like this)
40x10
70x10
100x10

concentration curls
30x10
40x10
50x6 forearms and biceps are fried by the time I get to these curls

anyway hit a PR on everything except concentration curls and I wasnt trying for one on them. Job well done.

I met brian schwab today, real nice guy. Very cool.

For training I did

paralel ish box squat just a belt and knee sleeves
245x5
335x3
425x3
515x2
605x1
690x1 the bar was 60lbs and I used a monolift, it actually ****ed me up because I couldnt hold the bar as low on my back because it was so fat.

followed that up with a shit load of reverse hypers, glute ham raises, leg curls, leg raises, decline situps, pulldown cable crunches.

bad ass workout

I have the same problem. I’ve fucked up my pointer finger several times because my grip slides too wide.

didn’t realize there were doubters out there

1 board (bounce dont lockout) weird bench, threw me off a little. The height of the bench its self was making my arch weird because I had to tuck my feet under neath me way more.

135x5
225x3
315x4
405x4
475x6 gonna rep this again next week and go for at least 8 reps back home at my normal gym. Only fully locked out the last rep.

Incline, pausing, locking out each rep fully (to counter balance 1 board bouncing and not locking out lol)
135x5
225x4
265x12, last time was 245x14, couldnt quite lockout 15.

decline close grip fully locking out all reps, no bounce or anything. Just trying to beat up my triceps.
135x2x10
185x10
225x10
275x10
315x6

dumbell incline flys for pec tear prehab
35x20
50x3x20

machine skull crushers sort of
4x10 working up to the stack

calf raises
4x20-30

Not to bring religion into this, but it made me really happy to read you’re a devout Christian. Not gonna go into it too much, but I feel like the tie between faith and lifting weights is understated sometimes, regardless of religious affiliation. Keep prayin’ and liftin’ big guy.

Mega you do know that as a SHW, you get to lift on Sundays in a lot of contests right? The USAPL Florida State Open Powerlifting Championships (Feb 28/March 1) is such a meet.

that looks bad ass!

atrocious 1 arm dumbell cheat curls
30x10
50x5
75x5
120x10

barbell rows: just to my knees and up to my belly. Usen lower back etc. Bad form but I think they hit hit my whole back good.

135x10
225x5
315x5
405x4
495x4
550x5

dumbell row kroc style
60x10
225x20

barbell shrug on a shity curl stand, Im amazed it held up lol.Usen legs and lower back etc to get it up
315x10
495x10
675x8
855x6 mind went black and I saw stars, brother says the reps werent very high but Im glad that I got to hold it in my hands. Anyone who ****s with that weight equipped or not, rack pull or rack squat, is strong.

arms were cramping so I didnt do rear delt flys

seated calves
4x20-40

dumbell preacher curls 25x10000000

parallel box squat, just a belt
135x8
225x5
315x5
405x3
495x3
655x1
705x1 slight spot from my brother, my knee hurt on the way up and it made me not push as hard. Im pretty sure I can do it without him touching me at all.

romanian
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x10

calf raise
?x?

horrible bench workout, thats all im gonna say lol

I think Im gonna work on my incline for a while, I would really like to hit 405…

went to a different gym today, so I couldnt do my normal workout. the 45’s there and short and fat so the bar will only hold up to 675, so no shrugs. No heavy dumbell curls etc

barbell chest curl
135x7
185x6
225x5

barbell row, same shit form as always
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x5
495x4
550x6

dumbell row, had to use big plates to load my dumbell handle
105x7
195x7
275x10

rack pull from 3-4" bellow where the knee starts
135x5
225x5
315x5
405x5 all felt good, didnt wana push it tho, next time 455, then 495 etc.

pulldown
3-4x?

rear delt machine fly
3-4x?

dumbell curl
30x10000

abb pulldown/calves super set
like 6 x ?

followed it up with a little bit of rotator cuff work, light pushdowns, and some light flys

Oh wow, that are some crazy stats. I have a question on why you use a rather loose form on barbell rows, are you trying to involve as much muscle groups as possible? I’m not suggesting you to clean up your form, just wanted to hear out why you do them that particular way.
