Deload for a week. You can maintain the workload for the non-affected joints though.
Increase fish oil to 30-40g per day, take 2000mg of curcumin a day, epsom salt baths (making sure that your elbows are in the water) for 20 minutes, water as hot as you can tolerate.
if i"m taking Flameout and FA3, what would the dosage be? or should i just add extra fish oil? Thanks for your help!
fish oil to 30-40g ??? is that even tolerable - I was taking 9g and my doctor said I was off the wall.

Yes.[/quote]
The reason for 30-40g of fish oil is to reduce your omega 6 to 3 ratio as quickly as possible, plus fish oil helps with insulin sensitivity. Your’e not meant to do it for a prolonged period of time, as that could be quite hazardous to your health. I would never do it in the winter, especially with the swine flu circulating. Too much fish oil is immune suppressive.

Flamemout’s equivalent of 30-40g of fish oil is around 12 caps.

Correct, you do the 30-40g as an accute approach lasting around 10-14 days.
sounds fishy…{pun intended}
Any advice towards using fish oil to lower triglycerides?
My triglycerides and LDLs are very high - triglycerides = 207 LDL = 168
My triglycerides were 275 and then I upped my fish oil from 5 grams to 9-10 grams and it did come down.
