Maximum Muscular Bodyweight and Measurements Calculator
by Casey Butt
The following calculator gives you an estimate of the maximum muscular bodyweight and muscular measurements (at roughly 8 to 10% bodyfat) that a drug-free trainee of your structure is likely to attain. It is based on equations I’ve developed through over 6 years of research and analysis of data from drug-free champions both past and present. In essence, this calculator scales the weights and measurements of the drug-free champions to your skeletal structure.

This has been beaten to death already, use the search.

YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING

It’s like a zombie. Just keeps being re-raised from the dead to be beaten to death again.

Eventually we gotta blow its brains out or it’ll just keep gettin up.

I drew a picture of a naked chick in class today, just to get a reaction out of the kids next to me, but really all I got was a woodie I wasn’t prepared for.

Based on my calculations, my arms shouldn’t be over 17" so when I got to 16.999, I never changed my routine or added weight.

The worst part is, Mr. Butt has embedded a little script in there, so every time his article gets linked outside his website, he gets an e-mail. I would assume he will appear shortly and you can pose your questions directly.

Butt doesn’t say you can’t go past his size limits, but he does sum up the reality rather nicely…

If you’ve genuinely passed the limit (AT A GENUINELY MEASURED 10% BODY FAT) then you’ve done very well. If you’re 12% or even 15% - forget it. If you haven’t got there yet then how can you oppose the concept until you have surpassed it? Yep you might have an arm brushing 17" but is that @10% body fat? I know that some guys don’t give a shit about body fat (to an extent) and only size, but Butt is talking about being in damn good condition.

Butt’s ‘limits’ are an excellent target to aim for. If you get there, then try and break it. But get there first before dispelling his theory.

Rule #2: Double Tap.

Its something to look at out of curiosity more than anything, not something I would set as my goal

obvious troll is obvious…

I wonder if this is the most trolled topic here, or there are worse ones?

Yeah, but how do we do that?

Maybe once X gets his mod powers, he can lock this thread (say that it’s reached it’s limit in posts or whatever happens when a post is locked).

Or maybe we can just post stupid pictures or comments until the thread actually does fill up.

Or, maybe we should all just make a pact to not post in such threads and not give the trolls anything to work with. Wouldn’t it be nice if we could “ignore” certain topics and not just certain posters?

This guy’s upper body exceeded the calculator’s limits. Sadly, he neglected his legs.
