Max Stimulation By Daniel Moore

Right. Of course, you can’t predict exactly how much weight you’ll be moving in each and every workout for 12 weeks. I was just wondering about the undulating progression plan that’s laid out in the program and whether it’s at all realistic.

If a linear progression works tho, that’s even better.

I bet the farm that this is going to be the exact system (Max-Stimulation) that Chad Waterbury says will change training forever.

Sounds like the old “20 rep squat”, or “breathing squats” program to me, just applied to other exercises.

The back squat is not a good exercise for Max-Stim because you never rack the weight during the set, therefore fatigue really sets in quickly. With Max-Stim you should never be out of breath like with 20-rep squats.

What do you think about workout frequency? In his book Dan wrote something about 4 workouts per week with A/B full body routines. This would mean to hit each muscle 4 times per week! This means for example

Mon - A
Tue - B
Wed
Thu - A
Fri - B
Sat
Sun

Had anyone of you tried something like this?
