Mathineer's Log

But I am still trying to get my head around math humor coupled with Jerry McGuire references.

Nice work - that is allot of RDL

math you are volume cubed.

DOn’t you need a tesseract to make that work?

Great DL. Very dramatic effect the knee wrap poping off at just the right moment. Do you always use a double overhand grip?

Hel - That was a “wardrobe malfunction”. Sometimes I use a conventional grip, but I’ve been doing the double overhand lately.

Hey DCA, let’s go octahoran some day.

Thanks, KMC.

Jack - the fatal flaw in your logic is assuming I have a clue. Who’s Jerry McGuire?

Just watched your video. Nice deadlifting. I love the look of home gyms. Got the tools in the background and DBs piled in the corner. I have mine in the basement with all the boxes on shelves and furnace spewing fumes. I play my CDs on a big boom box straight out of the 80’s. I think it can play cassette tapes as well.

Enjoy

Aw. Sniff.

In separate news, the damn pain in the elbow is back. I don’t have a clue what is causing this. I did squats yesterday, fer cripes sake. Took the day off before that. It didn’t start bothering me until this afternoon. I didn’t even type very much. I stopped taking the cissus a couple of weeks ago in case that had something to do with it.

Arm is still sore, but somewhat better today. Pisses me off, so I did a light workout anyway. Hurts more when I type then when I lift. Go f-ing figure.

Just catching up, Math.
You’ve got PRs popping up all over the place! Great work! Have you thought about getting the elbow checked?
Yeah, yeah…I know. That is about useless. But there is that 1 in 10 chance that the doc will get it right.

Strick - I hate going to see a doctor until the alternative seems a lot worse. May be stupid, but consider who you’re dealing with!

Hel - thanks from the bowels of the Dungeon of Doom.

Eco - glad you like my Dungeon of Doom!

Since I’ve done 285 from the floor (but with knee wraps), I think I’ll open with 270 or 275 in the Virtual Meet on Saturday, then 290 or 295 for second attempt, and 305 or 310 for third. It would be very nice to break 300! Thursday will be light DLs, and Friday off I think.

Great Dead PR Math…Congrats…and the volume balance master keeps on banging it out…Best of luck in the Virtual world…Can’t wait to read the report.

Good luck in the meet! Open light, then let her rip.

Arm is fine today. I iced the crap out of it last night which either helped or didn’t.

I’m turning into a real PR whore!

OG - Thanks for the kind words.
JJ - That sounds like good advice from one who’s been there.
