MAG-10 Support Group

If diet and training are as they should be,
results should be visible and measurable
within 3-5 days (same as with a serious
cycle of pharmaceutical steroids, while
half-assed cycles often take 2-3 weeks
for noticeable results.)

you’re all probably sick of hearing abject praise for this product, but i wanted to share and ask a question about cycling.

i started taking mag-10 on saturday. two doses a day. i’m also taking MD6 because i really want to get cut during this cycle. i’m keeping my diet clean but reducing calories by about 500. weight training in the morning. 30-45 minutes of cardio at night…

i should have lost weight. instead, i've gained 6 pounds... pumps last whole days. and the energy i have at the gym is silly. i can't wait for the next set. i look better naked and, most importantly, i haven't been this jazzed about going to the gym in years. and for that, more than anything else, thanks.

enough sucking of kneecaps. my question: i've read that on steroids, folks see the majority of their gains in the first 3-4 wks, but stay on a cycle for 8-12 wks to really dial in the changes their bodies have made. would there be a similar benefit to doing a 4 wk cycle of mag-10 instead of the suggested 2 wks?

hi all! this is my first post. i just got 3 bottles of mag-10 from netrition.com and the bottles are white. are they meant to be white?
my second question is the same as that posted by geo. would going straightout for like 4 wks give better results?

first, congratulations on your success with MAG-10. I also have great pumps. The reason why you’ve gained 6 lbs. is because what you thought was 500 calories BELOW maintenance was probably more like 500 or more calories ABOVE maintenance. so if you want to lose some fat just lower the calories and keep eating clean. the reason why most gains come in the first weeks of a cycle has been discussed a lot by Bill and others on the forum. the body does not like to grow much more after growing say 10-15 lbs. in 2 weeks (unless you are starting at a low point). Bill has also noted that 2 weeks is a good stopping point if you are using a short-half life steroid/androgen such as MAG-10 because you can achieve recovery quickly. so it makes sense to go for 2 weeks and grow, then keep calories up to keep the weight on and then do another short cycle if so desired.

Ok, ok - great to hear all the T-Men getting huge gains in weight. What I’d like to hear are gains in strength, bodyfat percentage before and after, and body measurements. I mean, who cares about weight unless it’s from muscle – water and blubber don’t cut it. If I hear “my strength went through the roof!” in one more post, I’ll barf up all the Surge I just downed… gimme some numbers? If you’re shy about total weight, just say “increased bench 15 pounds” etc.

I’m one of the sittin’ on the fence guys, make a believer outta me. Mag-10 sounds like it’s the one, but it really makes me wonder how much of these gains stay, and whether they truly are gains from muscle?

hi Bill/Chris and everyone. i just ended the ramadan fasting for a month and haven’t touched a weight since may/june this year. i’m really eager to start on mag-10. do you think i should lift for a few weeks to get my strength and appetite back or just go for it, stuff myself with mrps and train like a mad man?
also i know i’ll probably gain a lot as a rebound effect from the fasting, so will most of the gains just be water, glycogen and fat?
how long should a total beginner train for before using mag-10 to ensure real muscle gains from the cycle not just beginner’s gains?
thanks.

I just finished my first training session on Mag-10 and I gotta be honest- I didn’t notice any difference at all. Granted, I’d only had it in my system for about 2.5 hours, but I didn’t feel any stronger, and the pumps weren’t any different. I know that it will be a few days before I start to see a difference, but when should I expect to start feeling a difference? If I should already, the only thing I can think of that might have affected this morning’s session negatively would be that I might have gone a little too low with my calories during the last few days of Stage 1. As such, my glycogen stores could have been a little low. That definitely won’t be the case in the next few days, though. Any thought you could offer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

This would be a great test not only of Mag-10 but the 3 stage program. Spend 2 weeks getting back into lifting and building up the lifts. Then start stage 1. After 2 weeks, do stage 2 with Mag-10. Then do stage 3 with M or M/Tribex.

Eric- You’ve had one dose and one workout and you’re not hyooooge yet?! Dude, send that shit back! Just kidding. It sounds like you haven’t given the MAG-10 the building blocks it needs to really kick in and get to work. You said “morning session” and also said you’ve been eating low calories up until then. Trust me, you’ll feel the pumps everyone is talking about once you get some food in you, assuming you’re training for the pump to begin with.

BTW, be sure to double dose on day 1. I think front loading is important although I haven’t decided if 1 or 2 doses per day is optimal yet, at least for me. I’ll have to play with both dosing protocols.

Also keep in mind you may not “feel” anything. I don’t “feel” Androsol at all like most people do, but it obviously helped me break 200 lean. However, I’d expect you to get better pumps and have an overall better workout. Just judge the product after 14 days, not one workout, and I’m sure you’ll be thrilled.

Moe- You may want to “normalize” a little before you start MAG-10. I think getting your diet back to normal, training again, and taking MAG-10 all at the same time would lead to rapid gains, but you won’t know how much MAG-10 was responsible for those gains and how much is just rebound. I’d normalize first just so I could accurately test out the product. Still, if you choose not to, I think the MAG-10 will certainly speed up the whole process. Vman’s idea is good too. Check into the Growth Surge articles at T-mag.

Robb- If you’re not convinced yet, then you’re not going to be convinced. Reading over these posts, it’s apparent that these are muscle gains. Any anabolic will increase glycogen stores, but Bill Roberts has stated that MAG-10 is not one of those anabolics that causes a lot of water gains. Most that have listed bodyfat say there has been no change or very little change. I’ve heard of people gaining a little fat because of their surplus diets (nothing wrong with that) and I’ve heard quite a few people say they’ve dropped some fat while gaining 7-8 pounds. So obviously, these are mostly muscle gains. And finally, with the money back guarantee, there’s no reason to be on the fence, unless you just enjoy the view. Give it a shot.

Great Chris-thanks. I’ve definitely gotten an appetite all of a sudden, so something must be going on. I was already planning on adding the second dose this afternoon. I used the Growth Surge rep scheme guidelines, although I made some minor changes to the split, so I’m still training for the pump. I figured that I just needed to give it some time, but I just wanted to make sure. Also, I had some difficulty getting the latest additions to the thread to show up in my browser. I know this is a “dedicated” thread, but do you think it might be getting too long? Do we dare start Mag-10 Support Group Volume 2 and relegate the original to the T-Mag archives? Thanks again.

I’m on my third week of Mag 10.
I went from weighing 148 and benching 265 to 155 and last night put up a clean 280. I felt like I could have done more. I’m planning to stay on Mag 10 for another week on my 4 week cycle. I’m thrilled so far.

So now that some of you have been off Mag 10 for a little while, please post how you feel now. How much of your gains have you retained since going off, how has your strength been in the gym since going off, etc, and please include the dietary and supplement changes and training changes since you stopped using the product. Thanks!

I have been taking MAG10 for almost 3 weeks now and have been taking two caps a day and have gained 10 pounds of lean mass and a nice amount of strenght.I have to admit I was skeptical at first but you have shown me that you really walk the talk, nice job guys.

I do have two questions though, which is more effective taking 2 caps once a day or 1 cap twice a day or does it really make much of a difference? Also as impressive as MAG10 is for putting on muscular bodyweight and strength do you think you will ever put out a product even more effective than MAG10? or do you feel you have reached the limit of what you can produce while still maintaining the legal and health factors?

thankx Vman and Chris for ur input.

John, if taking two caps per day (which
counts as 1.33 doses) certainly I’d expect
absorption to be very good if taken all
at once. Whether it might be slightly better
if divided to 1 cap 2x/day or not, I don’t know. It certainly couldn’t be less good
to divide it.

As to whether we put out anything more
effective, well, it’s comparable to
asking, “Is there anything more effective
than TA + Dianabol?” for example. Sure,
if you add in Winstrol, or add in insulin,
or GH plus insulin, you could have an
even more powerful stack.

But whether a single product would ever
contain all that, I don’t know. I’d tend
to think that if we have an improvement,
it would be another product to add in with
MAG-10, rather than already mixed in with
the A1-E and 4-AD-EC.

I’ve been off MAG-10 for a week now, doing “M” and Tribex. During the two weeks, I took 1.5 caps 2X/day. I gained 8 lbs in the 2 weeks on MAG-10, but about 2-3 of that was fat, judging by the way my pants fit. My bench increased 30 and shoulder press by 20 lbs! I’ve lost 3 lbs in the week since stopping MAG10 and the lifts don’t seem quite as easy for me as they were a week ago. Still, at age 57, I’ve been struggling to put on any muscle and I’m very pleased with the results.

As for M, I think it's great, especially for us older guys. I noticed effects within 20 min of taking 3 tabs in the morning(even without taking Tribex), effects I associate with increased T production. Younger guys with higher T levels may not have such a dramatic effect, I suspect.

hey guys. glad to hear that many of you are making good gains. I just want to post and share the results Ive seen up until this point. I took mag-10 (3/4 of a capful taken both in the mornings and evenings) for the 2 weeks suggested by Bill and Chris, and have now been off for 1 week. Now I am taking M (2 caps/day in the mornings), but no Tribex. I purchased 3 bottles, and had every intention of waiting until the new year to begin, as I lacked enough stocked protein powders and the like to give the diet the attention it deserved during supplementation with Mag-10. However, I was too excited to hold off, and began anyway knowing that I wouldnt be taking every possible advantage…

The results I measured as far as size are as follows. I will state that I am a 22 year old college student, have been training for 2 years.

Before Cycle:

bodyweight: 198
bicep (L/R): 16, 16 1/8
forearm (L/R): 13, 13 1/8
chest: 44.5
neck: 17.5
thighs: (measured at thickest): 24 1/4, 24 3/4

After cycle: bodyweight: 210 bicep (L/R): 16 1/2, 16 3/4 forearm (L/R): 13 1/4, 13 1/2 chest: 46 neck: 17.5 thighs: (measured at thickest): 25 3/4, 26 1/2

the increase in body weight seemed and felt dramatic during the cycle.. in many cases it seemed as though I was putting on 1 lb/day, as crazy as that sounds. I worked out 5 times/week. Each workout was focused and motivated. I didnt perform huge number of reps and sets, but pushed myself on each execercise. I spent more time than normal on the bigger exercises, such as squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses. I also will mention that I started on creatine again at the beginning of this cycle after having been off of it for over a year. The muscle soreness from these workouts was MUCH more than I am used to; in fact, I often rarely achieve any Great muscle soreness, but the ache from these workouts often lasted 4-5 days.

Protein consumption most likely did not exceed 1 g/lb bw/day, but I could feel my arms growing very rapidly. Old stretch marks began to redden again and new ones seem to be growing.

For the next several days after my cycle, my bodyweight continued to rise… as high as 213, 4 days after the end of the cycle. Now, im back at 210 (where I was at the end of the 2 week cycle), and am eating plenty in the effort to maintain bodyweight during this time before the next bottle.

During the cycle I did not do too much in the way of testing for 1RM in any of the big lifts. Instead I concentrated on pushing each set a couple reps past what I normally wouldve done, and was able to. So now, while no longer on mag-10, I am starting to test how much strength I have gained. And the measurements of increased strength might be new PR or just a higher number of reps at a given weight.

For example, before the cycle, I could pump out 5 reps on flat bench press at 265 lbs. On the last day of the cycle, however, I hit 8 reps. And last Saturday (3 days after going off mag-10), I tried for a new personal record. My maximum bench press before the cycle was 300 pounds. I was feeling much stronger though and tried for 315, a weight that has eluded me for some time. I went for it and it was easy. With a spotter I then tried 335, and nearly made it (about 5 pounds help needed on left side). Instead of only being able to do 6 reps @ 225 on the inlince bench, I am now able to do 9 reps !
Needless to say, Im very happy with the results.

I also gave more emphasis to squats and deadlifts over the cycle, and was happy to find that I went from a maximum deadlift of 300 pounds to just today getting 325 for a double. Not an impressive pull, but an improvement I wouldntve otherwise expected.

I hope now to hold on to most of these gains for the next week before starting my second bottle the first week of January. The next time around, Im going to more carefully monitor my protein intake and focus on staggering many meals throughout the day (as opposed to buffets and large pizzas). With that in line, I hope to again gain another 10 pounds off of the second bottle.

So im definitely sold on Mag-10. Even with less than spectacular diet, probably not enough protein, and only 1 workout/day 5 days/week, I made the best gains Ive had since first picking up the iron.

Thanks biotest

Hey hey! I just finished up my two week cycle of Mag 10. I used one dose a day before my morning training session. I followed the growth surge part two guidelines for eating, with a few cheat meals (holiday parties), so not absolutely strict on meal combinations, but I was eating at least 4600 kCal a day, 375+ grams of protein, 500+ grams of carbs, and using the two a day training, plus normal 5 day a week schedule of aikido. I am about 5’8" to 5’9" tall. Beginning stats: 167.5 pounds at 9.0% body fat. Ending stats: 173.5 at 8.7% body fat. Both measurements taken at the same time of day by the same person on the same equipment. I think the weight change at least is accurate. I am very happy with the result, but I was definitely overtrained, despite the Mag10. This stuff (and the program) seems to really work! Many thanks to Bill, Chris, John B. and the rest of the Biotest crew for an incredible product. Happy Holidays, everyone!

I want to use my last two bottles of 10 in one long extended run, taking a cap each day and using Androsol each am x 70. This would give me 6 weeks. Questions:
Has anyone noticed any testicle shrinkage at all? If so, can you take M,T500 concurrently with m10 to prevent this? Should I keep up GSII twice a day workouts for the entire cycle, or even with M10, will this result in overtraining? Thanks in advance.
