MAG-10 Support Group

C, I’m sorry to hear you felt the best thing
to do was to return your MAG-10 because 2 doses per day may (it’s unknown) give more
results than one dose.

What can I say, we’re being honest with you
when the label says that. We don’t know that
2 may not give more than one.

The label didn’t say “for adequate results”
take 2 doses, while 1 dose gives sorry
results. No. Rather, it’s possible that
more may be a little better, so if you
want the maximum possible that might be
attained, you may need two.

I do think the wording would be better
to say, “Take one dose per day. Increasing
to two doses may or may not improve results;
more than 2 doses should not be taken.”

But, that’s a lot wordier and there wasn’t
a lot of space on the label.

Oh, and on the bodyweight thing. No, I don’t
think that’s an issue, and most testers have
been 200-235 anyhow.

Jman, no, doubling up on MAG-10 can’t be expected to make big differences, compared to what diet does. In fact, probably not
big differences period, relative to one dose.

Guys, i am not going to use M after my MAG-10 cycle…just tribex. Anyone doing the same? is that good or bad?

Hey fella’s. Just finished first two weeks of Mag-10. I have before and after pics. If anyone’s interested. I gained 15 lbs of lean mass.

i’m also a diabetic, listen, diabetics aren’t supposed to take nose spray, throat spray, almost anything. being a diabetic should have no bearing on taking whatever anyone else takes. as long as u do the things necessary to keep the diabetes under control, ie… keeping blood sugar levels fairly normal. supplement companys or drug companys don’t wanna be sued but any of these groups, so they simply say don’t use them. i can use anything anyone else does, i am no different, exept i need to take in insulin thru a needle, thats the only difference. of course u can take Mag 10, its not going to hurt diabetics one bit. just remember these companies are only doing this for their benefit, so as not to be sued.

Sneaks, great gains dude. What are you stats (before & after)? What was your dosage? Are the pics on a website? If so, post it.

I am on day 8 of my Mag 10 experience. Up 13 pounds. Arms up 1/2 inch, legs 1 inch even, and calfs up 1/4 inch. Everyone is noticing, and strength way up too. I think one thing that has really helped me in eating the 5000 calories a day is digestive enzymes. I dont stay full very long, and I know I am getting all my nutrients. I also wake up in the middle of the night with a protien shake by the side of my bed and shotgun it down after using the bathroom. 13 pounds in a week! Unbelivable! These are the same gains I made off of 500mg of test a few years ago. Ive been clean ever since, and will never use another illegal roid again because theres no need to now. Keep yall posted.

Could someone explain what the digestive enzymes are? Thanks

I’m going crazy! Everyone is posting their outstanding results, and I don’t start my first Mag-10 cycle until Thursday. I’ll do my last low volume prep workout this afternoon after my last exam, and then take a complete rest day tomorrow. Can’t wait. Great job.

Lets say someone was dumb enough to try growth surge without Mag 10 or Androsol. Granted their may be very poor results, but how often should that individual eat carbs/at which meals/what % overall??

Ed- It wouldn’t be dumb, but changes would need to be made, mainly a lowering of volume in Stage II and a lowering of calories. I’d still eat carbs on Stage II as well, just maybe not as many.

BTW, John and I started putting the GSP together long before MAG-10 was around. So you don’t have to use it when on the program, although we do suggest some sort of anabolic helper. However, by the time we finished the series and learned more about MAG-10, it fit the bill perfectly.

I say this because I think many people are under the impression that the Growth Surge is the “official” MAG-10 diet and workout program. No so, but it is a really good option. If using an anabolic with the GSP like MAG-10, then I’d suggest more P+C meals as per Bill Roberts’ dieting while “on” advice.

Conan, no, it’s not that our warning label
saying not to use MAG-10 (or other products)
if one has various health problems or diseases
is “just for our benefit.”

You’re right that a diabetic can potentially
use MAG-10. But, it’s introducing unknowns,
and insulin dosages that were correct for
him before may not be appropriate with MAG-10.
Besides this, diet (for MAG-10 to be used
to good effect) would change quite a lot.
Quite simply, if say 100 diabetics were to
use MAG-10, one would have to guess that
at least one would get into bad trouble
due to insulin dosing being screwed up.

And that’s most definitely one too many.

So it’s not something that can be recommended.
If an individual is (rightly) convinced he
has the judgment and knowledge to handle
this, fine (if he really does), but as a general recommendation,
no.

Stats before Mag-10 were arms 16 1/4 chest 43, waist 32, weight 170. after Mag-10 arms 16 7/8, chest 45, waist 32, weight 183. Bench 1rm went from 315 to 365, DB shoulder press 85 for 6 to 100 for 6. I must say i’m sold. I can’t wait to do it again. Where could i post my before and after pics???

If anyone would like to send before and after pics to T-mag for possible publication in Reader Mail, just attach them to an e-mail and shoot them to me (cs@t-mag.com) or TC (tc@t-mag.com). Be sure to explain what supps you took, what program and diet you used, etc. You could also snail mail pics to us.

Sounds like everyone is happy with their MAG-10 gains so let’s see some pics!

re: diabetics, ive been a diabetic for almost 10 years now, i was a lifter before then, and a lifter after that, i know this is a little off subject, but i don’t know how many times people have thought i was using steroids because of my insulin use. insulin is unreal when it comes to adding size and muscle. in my opinion, as good as any steroid ever made. the size and strength ive gained while using insulin has been unreal. as long as the person monitors his blood sugar regulary, this way he can see if the supplement is changing his insulin needs, then he can make adjustments accordingly. you said that my diet would change while on mag 10,if i increase my food intake, all i have to do is increase my insulin intake, simple. so, if a diabetic is doing what hes supposed to be doing, (testing sugar levels at least 4 times a day) then any changes in insulin needs will be modified to accomadate the supplement.

Are you keeping the 5000 calories constant on all days, or dropping them a bit on off days?

Hi Chris, I send this e-mail from Europe and I have one issue abouth doing two week cycles MAG 10/Tribex-500.Its very expensive to get MAG 10 and Tribex-500 here so I thought to reduce a cost of cycle in a way that instead of Tribex-500 I use Bulgarian Tribulus Terrestris named "TRIBESTAN" from Sopharma company(which is avalable here on a pretty much fair prices)? So far Ive been using TRIBESTAN for 40 days with great results(in first month I gained 5 pounds no fat at all and my strenght went to a roof!)Do you have any info abouth this product?Would it be good(right) substitution for Tribex-500?
Thank you in advance, Franko

I eat 5000 everyday, and I changed up my original breakdown since Bill said more carbs would be better. I have on 12% fat intake now, only 2 fat meals. I think more carbs helps growth, at least for me anyways.Im not worried about fat gain right now, so why should I have many fat meals. I have gained a small amount of fat, but not too much. With all the muscle Ive gained I doubt if my body fat has raised at all even though I have gained a little fat, I have gained alot more muscle.Keep you posted.

I just started Mag 10 two days ago, and just curious about how long it takes to notice some gains…
