All I can say is I’m glad you’re not sarcastically eating a fruit while commenting on how poor my lifts are.

1/9/15 - Big squat PR today. Planned for beltless rep work but I just felt really good and took advantage of it. Sometimes ya gotta do that.

Left glute was giving me troubles so i hit some weighted lunges and called it before the cramps got too severe.

Posterior chain is shaky as fuck. Pretty good work out. Those banded GM’s are interesting.

Something to be said; I want to lose 10lbs. I really need to. I’ve put on about 12lbs from just the holidays and my old belt barely fits. I really do not want to hit 240 morning weight. I hold 225 really well and I’m gonna get back there. Gonna add AM and PM cardio whenever I can.

Last time I tried to shoulder a stone it was a 285 at my gym with tacky. I got it 90% of the way up and had to bail out because I was going to buckle under it or just lose it. Since I had tacky (retard), I couldn’t just discard the stone so as I went to let it drop it just tore my forearms off with the tacky. I cried like a bitch and almost smashed my face on the stone as I fell.

1/16/15 - game plan today was 3 heavy singles with whatever weight felt manageable.

did one more set but was feeling serious disk pain so stopping the work out here.

Conventionals really hurt. It doesn’t matter if i jerk the weight or try to engage my glutes and use tremendous core pressure. It just hurts lol.

I will continue lifting stones and pulling sumo for a while instead. I think at this point I’d rather try to pick up a 400lb atlas stone than pull 315 rofl.

gonna let my body recover because i literally went to my threshold today. Totally on the fence of severe back injury and I’m not going to repeat what I did years back.

Btw, to anyone wondering how I can double overhand clean a 300 lb axle so easily and press it is because i don’t actually use that much deadlift muscle to get the weight up. I use a lot of upper back and bicep to clean it from the floor to my stomach. Never had an issue with biceps doing that. I’m actually much stronger leading a pull from the floor with biceps than straight arm.
