Here’s the height I pulled 585 from. Doesn’t get much closer to the floor than that. I’m sitting very pretty with my pull atm. Confident in getting that weight very soon at floor.
11/17/14 - Change of pace today. Going to switch to benching every other week because I just feel that’s most advantageous for me overall in increasing my press. Also, where the fuck have I been? Not training of course. First week was a mandatory week off for me, and the second was…a combination of cumulative stress.

That shit requires like 3-4 scoops to have any effect, if you’re anything like me ofc, and need a bare minimum of at least 350mg caffeine to feel anything lel.

It’s a sad life. So many make me feel cheap but when I overhead press your deadlift max…is gud payoff.
Injured my right pec a little today benching. Nothing serious, as I didn’t experience any serious pain, swelling/bruising or limited ROM. However, I felt a click, and a rip as I ascended with 225 (planned to take it for reps) in the lower lateral end of my chest.
My warm ups felt fine up until 350 which felt misgrooved and awkward. Took 375 just for fun and attempted a back down set with 225 and that’s where it went to shit.
Going to skip my next press workout and take it from there.

lolol that last comment of mine wasn’t directed toward you. Also, not even sure atm man. I have to get my squat up above 500 first, and my deadlift a bit higher. A goal for a meet would perhaps be 1400-1450 with 1500 as a distant future goal. Totally precarious currently with my pec.
12/14/14- Might start high bar back squatting now in oly shoes since today felt infinitely better than squats have ever felt as far as rep work goes, albeit with a light weight.
