Ii finally went to apt and the underlying issue is that my right hip is internally rotated. I would suggest that you work on finding the underlying issue. I just started squatting really light again but had surgery on my ass, I’m actually sitting in recovery room right now. But first step is identifying underlying isisue, second is side notifying/stopping what hurts it, third is finding out what you can do, and fourth is sticking to that miserable bitch of a rehab program until you’re better.
I’m not an expert though and I’ve struggled with my back issues so don’t blindly follow my input. Just opinions. I do have some suggestions on lifts you can do for upper body that will allow you to train semi hard while your back recovers. Best of luck
