Lower Back is Messed Up

I started lifting bout a year ago and I had really bad form,but now my Lower back kills mE whenever I lift, I hav Pretty good form now but what can I do to help the pain, I’m only 16 and I move some pretty good weight so I’m worried I’ll really fuck it up by the time I’m like 23

Stop lifting for a month, do body weight drills, foam roll, stretch, do DeFranco’s Agile 8 and Limber 11. Buy a lacrosse ball, roll the glutes, and learn to use more glutes during squats and deads. See an Active Release Technique therapist or chiropractor to open your spinal erectors, hip flexors, hip abductors, and maybe even the adductors. I needed all of that and then some to finally clear up my back strain.

16 yo with back pain>>>>>see an ortho for x ray
