Low carbs b4 bed

Should carbs be kept low b4 bedtime? i workout at night, so my 2 meals b4 bed are my post workout protein 40 grams protein with 80 grams carbs, and my pre-bedtime Caseinate 90 grams protein with 80 grams carbs. I read that you should try to replenish glycogen levels in the 2 meals you have after the workout. Do you think a diet high in protein and carbs and low in fat is good for anabolic growth? how about 400 grams protein 400 grams carbs for 193 lb 5% bf human. thanks pk
