Before Bed Eating

There was a thread up about this a while back but I was looking for some more ideas cause ussually I just go for a cup of FF cottage cheese w/ sugar free jello mixed in or some steak or a protein bar before bed. What is everyone else eating to shorten the long over night fast?

I think lowfat c.c. is great bfore bed…It’s mostly casein which releases slower than whey

I am dieting right now at 2000 kCal per day,50 g good fats,140 g slow carbs and cca 250 g protein. I am 200 lbs@10-12 % bf. Before going to bed I eat two egg whites, a bowl of salad and a pound of cottage cheese / yes, 25 % of my daily calories I eat prior going to sleep. I lost more than 14 lbs of pure blubber in the past 5 weeks, training 4x/week,4x25 min slow cardio per week. Said enough? Eat TONS of slow digesting protein before going to sleep and leave sleep fast to BodyForLifers! Trust me on this one!

I once read that it may not be best to eat a heavy, full and/or fatty meal prior to sitting or laying for a lengthy period as your abs relax, leading to a distended belly if done over a period of time. Is this a reasonable concern?

Sugar free jello after dinner. I eat it all…only 40 calories. Before bed, a low carb protein bar.

I usually do a baked potato and 2 chicken breasts.

lately i have been cycling carbs
I always have a high protein whey shake,
but on carb days i mix it with skim milk,
and on no carb days i mix it with a raw egg!!
